Equally at home in powder, lapping the park or thrashing around the piste, the new Chronic from Line boasts a maple core claimed to be one of the strongest in the universe. That said, this is a particularly fun ski with enough guts to still ride well after a serious hammering. The firmer flex pattern makes for a comfortable and stable feel when riding switch or regular and although not particularly wide in today's terms, still plenty wide enough for all but the heaviest rider to have great fun off piste.
